How can you afford to give away free lotto tickets?

The shops reward us for introducing a customer to them, we are able to share this reward with our members in the form of free lottery tickets.

How do you know that I bought something from one of the shops?

When you click through from shoplotto to one of our partners your shoplotto membership number is passed to the shop using a tracking system. The shops use this same tracking system to notify that a purchase has been made. We are then able to match up your membership number with the purchase and credit your account with your tickets. The only data passed between our partners and us is your membership number. We do not share any other personal information.

Is it real national lottery tickets that you send?

Yes, you will receive UK national lottery (lotto) tickets, which will be valid in the main Lotto draw.

How do I collect my winnings?

Information for collecting your prize is printed on the back of the ticket. For small prizes you can go to any Lotto outlet. Larger prizes can be claimed by post or phone. Note that the ticket we send is yours and NO commission is taken from your winnings by shoplotto.co.uk

How can I see how many tickets I have earned?

Go to the My Account section, here you can see how many tickets we will be sending you, as well as a list of tickets that have already been sent. You will also see a list of outstanding transactions; these represent purchases that are awaiting confirmation from the shop.

What happens if I buy something and it does not register?

Email us with the details of your order. You should include which shop you bought from, what you bought, how much it cost and any order reference number you have. We will contact the shop and try to rectify any mistake. To avoid these mistakes please ensure you click through to the shop from one of the links on shoplotto.co.uk.

How long does it take for you to send my tickets?

As soon as your purchase has been confirmed by the shop your numbers will be credited to your account. As soon as you have earned enough numbers to make up a ticket you can opt to have the ticket sent. The ticket will be sent on the Monday following your request and will be with you in time for that weeks draw.

How long does it take for a ticket to show up in my account?

Your order will usually show up in the Awaiting Confirmation list on the My Account page the day of your order. It then takes about 5 days for the order to be confirmed by the shop and your tickets awarded. Some shops take longer to validate an order, however all valid orders will result in your numbers being awarded.

How do I know how many tickets I will earn?

The profile against each shop tells you how many numbers you will earn if you spend a certain amount. For example if the shop profile says you need to spend £5 to earn 1 number then you will earn 1 number for each £5 you spend. This does not have to be in one order - shop with the same company again and you will keep earning tickets.
